Hope we can pull this off


(What a proper front squat looks like)

After 3 sets of 10 reps pullups, pushups, situps, squats...

Running:
4min on, 3min off
2min on, 30sec off
1min on, 3min off
2min on, 30 sec off
4min on. Done!

Cover as much distance as possible.


I'm going to try to run this with you guys as well. After the run, if anyone wants to check out the O'Connell Center gym, I'm going to head down there. You'll need your UF id.
