Team workout today & info for the week



TODAY:
Depending on how many people we have it will be 15 minutes of sprints, squats, pushup, and possibly jump roping. If we have 6+ people, it will be 3vs3. The team with the highest score wins.

THURSDAY:
I'll be out of town so you all will have to do this one on your own. NoN-timed 3 rounds, 10 reps of the following exercises...
Pullups
Squats
Pushups
Situps

Try to be as strict as possible with your form. Then do any combo of stairs/running you want.

WEEKEND:
Try to get out and enjoy the weather before it starts to get really hot. Walk/run/hike/bike/rollerblade/whatever for at least one hour.


Have fun but work hard and no slacking while I'm gone!

    3 laps jogging around stadium

  2. 3 rounds, 10 reps of all 4 exercises and then speed walked around campus for an hour or so. Then went to Tijuana Flats and it went downhill from there... good times though!
