Monday extra cardio

If the body is feeling good...

Choose ONE of the Following sports:
Swim: 2x8 min, Rest 2 min Between intervals
Bike: 2x15 min, Rest 2 min Between intervals
Run: 2x12min, Rest 2 min Between intervals
Cover as much distance as possible in each of the 2 intervals.

  1. Boston Marathon is today. Reminds me of my goal to run 26.2 miles. Cumulatively, over my entire life.

  3. 1 mile in the first 12 minutes, 3/4 mile in the second twelve minutes....I have to admit that the second twelve kicked my butt!
